3. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
  • Must be in original packaging with all labels and tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@ygpsolar.com or call +1 (612) 582-9150 within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll send return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label

5. Preparing Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
  • Attach the return label to the outside of the package
  • Ship within 7 calendar days of receiving return instructions
  • Use a trackable shipping method

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: YGP Solar covers return shipping via prepaid label or reimbursement

7. Refunds

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item
  • You’ll be notified by email once approved or rejected
  • Items must meet the conditions in Section 3

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing takes up to 14 calendar days after approval
  • Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund

Partial Refunds may apply if:

  • Item is not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Item is returned after the 14-day window
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply

8. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Shipping Costs:
  • Covered by YGP Solar for defective or incorrect items
  • Customer pays for exchanges due to change of mind

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)
  • Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personal care items — unless unopened and unused)
  • Gift cards and downloadable software

10. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel for a full refund
  • After Shipment: Please follow the return process after delivery

11. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.
